Sponsor and Exhibitor Registration

All sponsorship opportunities include recognition in the conference program, conference promotions to GAA membership, in all multi-media throughout the conference and website exposure.

NOTICE: sPONSOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER 10/20/23 WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN OUR PRINTED RESOURCES BUT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE gAA CONFERENCE APP. 

** Please note additional company attendees must register as such and cannot be registered as a Spouse/Guest. Spouse Guest rate is for spouses of full-rate conference attendees only**

We are very limited on exhibitor space and will be using all available space in venue. We are offering two options: floor level at $1600 and mezzanine level at $1100. The Mezzanine level is open to the floor level, it is up a flight of stairs and has elevator access. We will ensure foot traffic circulates to all exhibitor areas. 

     

 

  • Angel Wings: No conference registrations included,  Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App - $750. 

  • Bronze Wings: Includes 1 conference registration AND exclusive sponsorship recognition of Conference Breaks with exhibitors, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App - $1,800. 

  • Silver Wings: Includes 2 conference registrations; AND exclusive sponsorship recognition of Thursday's Silver Sponsor lightning round breakfast & promo session, Website placement until December 31,  Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication - $3,500. 

  • Golf Tournament Sponsorship- Includes 2 conference registrations; AND exclusive sponsorship recognition of the Golf Tournament which includes T-Signage on each hole in play, Website placement until December 31, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication, 1/4 page advertisement in Conference Program - $4,000. 

  • Gold Wings: Includes 3 conference registrations; exhibit fee waived, AND exclusive sponsorship recognition of a Conference Session (promo to open a session). Website placement until December 31, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication, 1/4 page advertisement in Conference Program - $5,500. 

  • Hospitality Gold Wings: Official Hospitality Event on either Wednesday or Thursday night and Gold Sponsor,  Includes 4 conference registrations; exhibit fee waived and exclusive recognition as Session Sponsor (promo to open a session). Website placement until December 31, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication, 1/4 page advertisement in Conference Program - $7,500.

  • Platinum Wings: Includes 4 conference registrations; exhibit fee waived; exclusive sponsorship recognition of String of Pearls Boat Cruise Networking Event, Breakfast Friday morning, and website banner placement until December 31, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication, 1/2 page advertisement in Conference Program - $7,500. 

  • Diamond Wings: Includes 5 conference registrations; exhibit fee waived; recognition during the Thursday Night President's Function. Also, a website banner placement until December 31, Logo Featured in Conference Program and Event App and in all Conference E-Communication, Full page advertisement in Conference Program - $10,000.

  • Mezzanine Level Exhibitor Only: Includes 1 conference registration, each space will have one 6ft table and 2 chairs - $1100. MEZZANINE SOLD OUT

  • Floor Level Exhibitor Only: Includes 1 conference registration, each space will have one 6ft table and 2 chairs - $1600. FLOOR SOLD OUT
 

 **CONFERENCE REFUND NOTICE- Please note, no refunds will be given within 14 days of the conference. A 50% refund will be given within 15-30 days of the conference if requested in writing**
